Returns & Refund Policy

1. Quality Guarantee

Yeyuan Precision Technology Co., Ltd. stands behind the quality of our materials and machining. All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. Material certifications (mill test certificates, composition analysis, mechanical property reports) are available upon request.

2. CNC Machined Parts

CNC machined parts are manufactured to your drawing specifications and tolerances. We perform dimensional inspection before shipment and can provide inspection reports. Parts that do not conform to agreed specifications will be re-machined or refunded at our discretion.

3. Raw Materials

Engineering plastic sheets, rods, and tubes are supplied to standard commercial tolerances unless otherwise specified. Claims for material defects must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence (photos, description of defect).

4. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

• Product does not match the agreed specification or drawing
• Material has manufacturing defects (voids, delamination, contamination)
• Wrong item shipped
• Quantity shortage verified against packing list

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

• Custom-machined parts that meet agreed specifications
• Materials cut or modified after delivery
• Claims made more than 7 days after receipt (materials) or beyond agreed inspection period (machined parts)

6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] or via the contact form with your order number and description of the issue
2. Provide supporting documentation (photos, measurements)
3. We will review and respond within 2 business days with a return authorization or alternative resolution
4. Approved returns will receive return shipping instructions

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after confirmed receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

8. Cancellations

Standard material orders may be cancelled before shipment without penalty. Custom-machined part orders: cancellation terms are agreed per order. Once machining has begun, cancellation may incur charges for work completed.
