The shipping method is confirmed during quotation. We can accommodate customer-preferred carriers and freight forwarders.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. Costs are quoted separately and confirmed before order processing. For sample orders, we offer competitive express rates.
Standard processing times:
All materials are packed with appropriate protection: plastic sheets with interleaving film, rods bundled and wrapped, machined parts individually wrapped with foam protection. Export-grade packaging materials are used for all international shipments.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin when required.
Tracking numbers are provided for all express and air freight shipments. Sea freight shipment status is updated at key milestones. Contact our team at any time for shipment status inquiries.
Please inspect shipments upon receipt. Report any damage, shortage, or discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve issues promptly. Photographic documentation of packaging damage is helpful for claims.
