Most versatile aluminum alloy. Good strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and great machinability. The go-to choice for general-purpose machining.
High-strength aerospace-grade aluminum. Comparable to mild steel in strength at 1/3 the weight. More challenging to machine than 6061 but delivers exceptional strength-to-weight.
Excellent corrosion resistance, especially in marine environments. Good formability and weldability. Lower strength than 6061/7075.
Architectural aluminum with excellent surface finish after anodizing. Medium strength, very good extrudability.
High-strength aerospace alloy with excellent fatigue resistance. Lower corrosion resistance — typically used with alclad coating.

Upload Drawing for Quote6061 is the default — good strength, great corrosion resistance, easy to machine, lower cost. Choose 7075 only if you need steel-like strength at 1/3 the weight. 7075 costs about 30–50% more and can't be welded. When in doubt, send us your application details and we'll recommend.
Type II (decorative) anodizing in clear, black, blue, red, gold, and green. Type III (hardcoat) for wear resistance — typically dark gray or black, 50–75μm thickness. We also offer chemical film (chromate conversion) as a lighter, cheaper alternative for corrosion protection.
Typically 3–7 days for prototypes (1–10 pcs), 7–15 days for production runs. Rush service available — we've turned simple parts in 48 hours. Anodizing adds about 2–3 days because it's done off-site at a partner facility we've worked with for years.
Yes. Send us the sample and we'll reverse-engineer it — 3D scan or manual measurement depending on complexity. We'll create a STEP model and send it for your approval before cutting metal. This works well for legacy parts where the original drawings are long gone.
That's exactly what our DFM review is for. We'll flag: walls that are too thin, pockets that are too deep, internal corners without radii, unnecessary tight tolerances, and features that require expensive setups. You get a marked-up drawing with suggestions — implement what makes sense, ignore the rest.
We can hold safety stock for regular production parts — you give us a forecast, we build ahead, and ship on your schedule. Minimum for stock-holding agreements is usually 3 months of consistent orders. Storage is free for the first month.
