Machined Aluminum 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis vertical machining centers. Face milling, end milling, drilling, tapping, boring, contouring, pocketing, and thread milling.
CNC lathes with live tooling. Turning, facing, grooving, threading, drilling, and milling on turned parts — reducing setups and improving accuracy.
Single-setup machining of complex geometries. Reduced lead time, tighter tolerances, better surface finish. Eliminates the stack-up errors of multi-setup work.
Actual pricing depends on part geometry, material, tolerances, surface finish, and order quantity. These are ballpark figures based on typical parts we've quoted — send your drawing for an exact quote, always free.
Brackets, spacers, plates, basic flanges — mostly 2.5D geometry, no tight tolerances, standard surface finish.
Aluminum 6061 is cheapest; stainless roughly 2–2.5×
Housings, manifolds, mounts with multiple setups, some tight tolerances (±0.02mm), threaded holes, pockets.
Most parts we quote fall in this category
5-axis simultaneous, tight tolerances (±0.01mm), thin walls, complex curved surfaces, multiple surface finishes.
5-axis reduces setups but programming time is significant
Ranges based on aluminum 6061. Stainless 304/316L typically 2–3×. Titanium 4–6×. PEEK/POM in a similar range to aluminum for simple parts, higher for tight tolerances. These are indicative only — your actual quote depends on your specific part geometry and requirements.

First article inspection on every setup. Critical dimensions checked at programmed intervals during production.
Every part is CMM-inspected against the drawing. Dimensional reports available on request.
Surface roughness measurement, visual inspection for burrs, tool marks, and cosmetic defects.
One part. We do single-piece prototypes as well as production runs. There's no minimum — but per-part cost drops significantly at 50+ units because setup time gets amortized.
STEP (.stp/.step) is preferred — it carries solid geometry that our CAM software reads natively. We also accept IGES (.igs), Parasolid (.x_t), and 2D PDF drawings for simple parts. STL files work for quoting but we'll need STEP for production.
Standard tolerance is ±0.05mm. We routinely hold ±0.01mm on critical features. Tighter than ±0.005mm requires discussion — it's doable but adds inspection time and cost. We'll flag any tolerance that's unnecessarily tight for your application during DFM review.
We ship DHL/FedEx/UPS express (3–7 days worldwide) or air/sea freight for larger orders. All shipments include commercial invoice and certificate of origin. We handle the export paperwork — you handle import clearance on your end. Shipping cost is quoted upfront, no surprises.
For new customers: 50% deposit to start, 50% before shipment. After you've run a few orders with us, we're flexible — net 30 available for established relationships. We accept wire transfer (TT), PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Every order ships with CMM inspection reports for critical dimensions. If a part doesn't match the drawing, we remake it at our cost or refund — you choose. In 8 years we've had to do this maybe a dozen times, but the policy stands.
Yes. We sign NDAs regularly for customers across aerospace, medical, and consumer electronics. Send yours over or we can provide our standard mutual NDA. Your IP stays yours — we don't use customer designs for anything but making your parts.
As-machined (Ra 0.8–3.2μm standard), anodizing (Type II and Type III hardcoat), bead blasting, powder coating, passivation, electropolishing, black oxide, and plating (zinc, nickel, chrome). We can also arrange PVD coating and silk-screening through partner shops.
Send your drawing for precision CNC milling and turning services. From single prototypes to production runs, 3-axis to 5-axis capability with CMM inspection — quoted within 24 hours.
