Process

1. Incoming Material Check

Material certifications verified. Alloy grade confirmed before machining begins.

2. In-Process Inspection

First article inspection on every setup. Critical dimensions checked at programmed intervals during production.

3. Final CMM Inspection

Every part is CMM-inspected against the drawing. Dimensional reports available on request.

4. Surface & Visual Check

Surface roughness measurement, visual inspection for burrs, tool marks, and cosmetic defects.
